Managing and leading this "mashup" of multi-generational talent will become one of the most difficult education/corporate undertakings since the industrialization of the US Economy. Come to this session to see the generational differences in learning, attitude, motivation, and success measures of this truly unique workforce. From this presentation, career specialists, classroom teaching professionals, administrators, school counselors, and business partners will be prepared to enable their students to thrive in this new environment.
