(Examples are from a Culinary Arts classroom but principles are widely applicable.) Topics will include rubrics for employability like weekly grade/usage in classroom/lab management, daily kitchen lab rubrics, skill-specific lab rubrics, and use of electronic project templates for classroom-based projects.
