Building rockets has been the highlight of my PLTW Aerospace Engineering class since I started teaching it eight years ago. It has also become the catalyst for an after-school club that competed in the 2023 American Rocketry Challenge. Regardless of prior experience, you can economically incorporate an engaging and real-world-relevant curriculum of rocketry into your classroom thats perfect for a wide variety of educational levels and age groups. In this session, you will be introduced to the fun and exciting world of rocketry and discover the numerous resources available to create your own course or an after-school club.
