I will demonstrate how I organized a Virtual Career Showcase for middle and high school students. This approach was interactive and in real time while mainitaining small groups. The students were so interested, they started reminding their teachers about upcoming Career Showcase events. Also, it "checks the boxes" for many of the CSAR report questions!
