Subgrant recipients must maintain adequate documentation for all expenditures and in-kind contributions. This session will provide an overview of the South Carolina Department of Education’s guidelines for documentation of expenses, including salaries and benefits, purchased services, and supplies. Participants will learn the types of documentation that auditors will expect and will see both good and bad examples.
