67. Coaching in the Classroom: Strategies to Share Power and Ignite Students' Drive to Thrive

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Join us to experience three adaptable strategies that encourage students to lead themselves and ignite their drive to thrive. Young people have a variety of skills, talents, and interests, but often they do not see their talents as relevant to the school community or workforce. Educators who intentionally build developmental relationships with students are able to hone those talents and build an influential rapport. As a result, students are more engaged and able to discover the ways in which their education connects to the workforce, daily life, and beyond.
