Relationships are the key to success! This session will focus on why they are important and how to build strong relationships at all levels including students, parents, co-workers, support staff, community partners, and administration. Culture is a very important part of a successful school; and in order to build a strong culture, you must have people in your building that care about and support each other. It is all part of the community you build.
