Education and Business Summit 2023

This session will assist new CTE leaders as they lead and support teachers, counselors, and the school community. The session is designed for new leaders transitioning from business and industry, the classroom or leadership role in another content area. It addresses various aspects of CTE leadership including what it means to support the development of a high-performing culture in classrooms and across the school, the importance of vision for success, implementing career pathways, and managing resources.
