I had this idea to do a Virtual Career Showcase in the Fall of last year. It worked so well, I wanted to share it! I will demonstrate how I organized the Virtual Career Showcase for middle and high school students. This approach was interactive and in real time while maintaining small groups. The students were so interested, they started reminding their teachers about upcoming Career Showcase events. Also, it "checks the boxes" for many of the CSAR report questions!
