Dr.  Gray has 40 years of educational experience with twenty (23) of those years in administration (5 years as an Assist. Principal, 5 years as an Alternative School Principal, 11 years as a High School Principal and currently as a Career Center Director). Dr. Gray received Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia State University, Master’s Degree from Troy University and went on to receive his Specialist Degree and Doctoral Degree, in Educational Leadership, from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to his appointment as STCTC Director, Dr. Gray served as the Principal at Washington Co. High School (WCHS), the Principal at Washington Co. Alternative School and Assistant Principal at Washington Co. and Baldwin High School.
