Hello everyone,

My name is Denise Harrel and I am an SC Master Financial Literacy Teacher (Cohort 1). I live and teach in Summerville, SC. I have taught Financial Literacy the past five years from grades 7-12 both virtually and in-person. I am known as a resource hoarder so, if you are looking for something specific or need to brain storm I am happy to sit down with you and share what I have.

A little about me. I have lived in several states in the United States and two other countries as a child and adult. I have been married for 28 years and we have two adult children. My favorite title is Nana, Nani, Nani Banani that out grand-crib midget calls me. She is my world! I love to travel, the beach, riding the mountain trails and more when I get the chance. My favorite place I have traveled so far has been Alaska but, we have more travels planned so that may change :)
