Hi! I'm a 20 plus year veteran teacher who started out in Business Education/Technology, spent more than a few years teaching Science, and now I'm one of the Engineering and Computer Science instructors at Lexington Technology Center. I currently teach AP CSP, FOC, CP1 (Python), Introduction to Engineering, and Materials Science as well as coaching our world qualifying VEX Robotics teams. I just finished working with SREB on the SC AI Design Committee this summer, and I'm excited to share my knowledge about the Engineering Process, Computational Thinking, and how AI (Artificial Intelligence) is being integrated into our CTE curriculums. I also am a NBCT in AYA-Science, and have worked with NBPTS and Pearson for the last 10 years as a trainer. I have two spoiled dogs, and decided to buy a farm house during the pandemic.
