I (Sean Osborne) currently have several years of experience supporting South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) efforts to improve digital accessibility at the agency and district office levels. In addition, I now lead a pilot project for the SCDE called the Digital Accessibility Courtesy Observations (DACO) Initiative, which evaluates district websites for digital accessibility compliance. I am a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) through the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).
