Stephanie is a first generation high school graduate and professional with a bachelor’s in business administration and master’s in human resource management degree. She's a Certified Master of Career Services whom employs the role of a Career Development Coach at Piedmont Technical College, with previous experience in commercial business as a human resources business partner, employee development specialist, and contracted HR generalist. She now shares those experiences with K8 through College students in the seven county area that Piedmont Technical College serves in the Upper Savannah (Midlands) region of South Carolina.  She specializes in teaching young adults self-awareness and making informed decisions specific to their needs regarding their career pathways by using experiential and interactive learning techniques in the classroom and group workshops.
