Dr. Susan Owens has been a teacher at Spartanburg Day School for the past 13 years. Teaching since 1992, she has experience in middle school through college.  She is certified in AP Mirco-Economics, AP Calculus, AP Statistics, and AP Pre-Calculus and is a reader for the College Board.   This year she was named an NGPF Distinguished Teacher of Financial Literacy as well as a member of the South Carolina Finacial Literacy Master Teacher Cohort Four.  She is married with three children, ages 17 - 22, two dogs, and two cats.
