Ms. Vickie C Butler is an Edgefield County resident  She is a 1993 graduate of Southern University, in Ooltewah, Tennessee where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Family Studies; 1999 graduate of University of South Carolina with a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education; 2009 graduate of Augusta University in Augusta, Georgia, with an Ed. S in Educational Leadership, and is a currently a doctoral candidate at South Carolina State University where she is examining the college and career readiness efforts of adult education students across South Carolina. For over 28 years she has been an educator and counselor and has served in various capacities. Currently, she is the Director of Adult Education and Family Literacy for Edgefield County School District.
